Let me relate this topic, we would have the best skill, acquired knowledge according to our need and purpose but attempting for a interview or any event without preparation would be of no use how good you are at your work. How does this become a new thinking?, I will tell you to which you can relate how does this thought is important in one's life, imagine you packed your bag with all equipment, essentials and excitement for a trek on mountain having very bad weather condition where you have never been to explore but having the confident of being physically and mentally fit but when he arrives the location then we get to know the real difficulties and situation to be looked after. This fits every situation you face, being confident and looking forward for achievements is motivating but having skill and abilities but no preparation would kill your confident. We need to look after excellence but not overconfidence on what we acquire, its good to be delightful for that but never overcome to our ego and effecting our attitude in negative ways.
