This topic has been always misunderstood as the elderly people take our ideas, suggestions and other outcomes never take it that serious until we bring it into a reality. Right now this generation we see many entrepreneurs at very younger age, youngest one right now is at the age of 17year where students start planning their carrier but when millennial thinks he thinks big and fast. The younger minds think innovative and something different to be exceptional from others to get an attractive and innovational view in their life. These millennials are not looking a normal 9-5 jobs, accountants, Dr etc, but something exceptional and looking to utilize their skills and knowledge as a combination to give the best outcome.
Before in time people use to start work or business after education but right now students start working at their early fifteens as part timers in small companies and start getting exposure to the external world, they start looking for bigger opportunities and skillful jobs.

These millennials and this generation have bought drastic change in mind, there interest towards environment has increased, they started to accept LGBT whereas before they were never respected in the society, started to rise some important topics for change which were needed to be raised, started to have more of accepting in nature. These count would go on and on as we look further they have bought changes but not being concrete in nature, but they would be good leaders rather than being boss who looks for self growth rather looking for a community growth. They look for futuristic plans which would long last and have the growth in all perspective to themselves and a society.

It not always telling positives makes it great but their are some fall backs, millennials don't think much before they work or before taking some big steps. They look for hit and trial method which is not always right, they take it to their ego when it is questioned. They need to start learning from elderly people who have actually experienced those scenarios. Let there be negatives but they always have a motive to look into it and that is growth, society and future, which defines that age doesn't matter when you look futuristic.
